        Had my phone stolen and with it all my cards and drivers license. Came in the next day to get a new phone, they did absolutely nothing to help me and the guy who was helping me was incredibly rude, dismissive and I almost want to say racist. I had a paper copy of my drivers license and my social security card and he still insisted that he could not help me. I canceled my phone service with at&t and will be canceling the wifi service with them as well from my business. T-mobile had absolutely no issues helping me out with the documents I had. Take your business elsewhere, they only care to get you to sign on, youre dead meat after that.

        We had a lost or stolen phone for which we paid insurance and the associate at ATT failed to notify us of a free replacement. We subsequently purchased a replacement elsewhere.
