        Please dont do business with T-Mobile. Especially the store in Townelake. They have a manager whose name is C Rodriguez. Such a useless guy and he threatened me to leave the store when I asked him to help and fix a problem that this particular store messed up. Please dont put yourself into this situation. You will regret doing business with the store in Townelake, Cypress, TX 77433 store.

        They never are able to help me with any issues. Always regret coming here first sometimes their network is down sometimes they dont have anything in stock sometimes their internet is not working and all they do is just re direct me to another T-Mobile.

        Dear t-mobile, i bought iPhone in 12.04.2023, but They told me it would be delivered on December 13th. The phone has not yet been delivered. The employees at this branch do not care about customers.
