The place is very nice but the maintenance is not the best, they need to improve a lot and put more care into the cleanliness of the common areas for the residents

I visited this place with my daughter, we are looking for a cozy, quiet and familiar place. Angela helped us in the office, she does not speak Spanish so she communicated comfortably with my daughter who does speak English, but that was not an obstacle for her to take me into account and appear very kind and attentive to me. Very dynamic and pleasant. He showed us the property and a model apartment which immediately captivated me and made me fall in love. I love this place because it seems safe, quiet and clean, I have read many negative reviews with complaints and dislikes but I have also read very positive and pleasant comments regarding the property and the staff. We already applied with Amanda, who, in the opinion of my daughter who is the one who communicates with her, is very nice, attentive and kind. I like to make my own judgment with my experiences and I have faith that this place will be a paradise in the time we can live in it.
