Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Do not bank with BOA. I deposited a check and of course they put a hold on it (of course they did they benefit from it). Called customer service he said it was because the second endorser wasnt on my acct. Called again just to make sure and the lady told me she doesnt think that is the issue let me transfer you to a specialist. She transfers me just back to the customer service loop where I already waited 30 min. Then, I go to this bank at 4:10 I guess to add someone to my acct and they said they wont have time they close at 5. Then I go to Chase where the check is from and they tell me to have BOA call them they will tell them the check is good. BOA refused to so because their policy. They are so difficult and lazy. Definitely switching banks.

The manager here doesnt know her stuff. Needs better training. She makes up rules to deny services. Just so I can drive 10 extra mile to get another branch to provide said service. Somebody please train her.

Worst bank ever. Shut down my credit card after paying balance. I pay the balance on my card every month. This time I looked on my mobile app and my card was not there. So I call and they can not give me a reason . All the activities on the card can not be accessed. So I shut down the rest of my account with Bank of America. And it is probably a blessing ! Because it is going to get worse and worse with these institutions as we go forward!

Lazy employees, they dont want to do their jobs. Just going to rush you out so they can sit around doing nothing.

Charging $8 to cash a check written on their bank because you don't have an account with them is theft....
