I have been trying to get them to return a call for three weeks now and will not call me back. I could talk to the receptionist only. Finally, I was told there was no change in my tax value. That seemed strange to me so I called the appraisal district.
THIS COMPANY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR THE HEARING!
Do not do business with them. They can not be trusted to do their job and then won't even take the time to call you back.
