        Had a appointment, we showed up 15 minutes ahead of time. We waited a hour and no one ever showed up or called us. That's very unprofessional. Both my husband and I work and it's hard to both get a day off so we can file our taxes just to have to deal with this. I've never had a problem with JH til now. Oh not to mention we live 45 minutes away from the location
