Nxt-Set Fitness

This is my new gym! I started personal training about 2 months ago and I am down 15lbs ! John has a lot of knowledge when it comes to fitness. I thought I knew what I was doing when it came to fitness and eating nothing ever worked for me I would always gain my weight back instantly. My body is changing and the results are incredible ! I feel so much happier and confident, and ive learned so many fun and easy workouts that I never knew existed. I actually love working out now when before i would dread it ! Ive learned new techniques in exercise. I highly recommend!!

My number one reason on why this gym is the gym for me is because of the owner. He is kind intelligent and godly. He understand how hard it is to be comfortable in a gym setting as a female. This gym is like a personal gym for every member. There are no large crowds or creepy eyes watching you, no wait time for your next machine. This gym only allows 10 members so its is very unlikely for you to workout at the same time as someone else. Again its like having access to your own personal gym. He also has personal training packages customizable for you to become your best version of yourself. Plus a fun Pac-Man machine.
