AMPT

I love AMPT! The classes are small so the trainers can give you more one on one attention. There is also a variety of classes available. Everyone is so nice and Nicole, the owner is the best!!

Im very new to the island (a winter Texan),and in my early 60s, but used a gym/personal trainer in my home state. My new neighbor recommended AMPT and said Id like the atmosphere, members, and of course the trainers and the results. and double . I get a little stronger each week, Nicole doesnt let me give up, and the additional, bonus classes (yay, Tanya) are an unbelievable perk to my training membership plan. I mean, who does that? I can attend the gym virtually every day because of that benefit. Did I mention its conveniently located on the Island? I would strongly recommend giving yourself the gift of health and strength this 2024 and AMPT is where you can begin that journey.

I have been working out here for 5 months and love it. I feel stronger and more educated about strength training. The trainers are motivated and encouraging. The sessions are only 30 minutes so the time commitment is maximized.
