Customer service was amazing. I felt like there couldve been an evaluation of my tire right away instead of waiting for them to bring it back to look at it.

Took them 4 hours to replace the battery when the starter was the main issue. Firestone lives up to their reputation by ripping people off. Its an A for effort for me.
