        I am ecstatic to say that Ms. Rudi Garcia, (former Property Manager where I reside), has been blessed to have found a place where she feels content with her work ethic as well as with the residents at her new employment, The Waters. She is a great person at heart and will help you with anything she can! We are all very sad to have her leave Briarwood, but she had to do what was best, and that was to leave this toxic place. Please go by and meet the new Property Manager, Ms. Rudi Garcia in person @ The Waters Apartments on Waldron Rd. You will be very pleased with your visit!

        I've lived here over a year now and since the new maintenance crew has really stepped up and fixed any issues immediately, the new manager Rudi is very nice and always on top of the issues that I report. They have really done a lot to improve the place, originally there was many problems but everything is running smoothly now. Thank you for all you do.
