Lived there for a year with my two roommates, moved out in Nov. 2023. Apparently theyve come under new management since then and have now picked up the pieces from the last management. I do hope that is true but I wouldnt trust them. Our overall experience was awful. When we lived there, on day one, the window over our kitchen sink was missing and our dishwasher didnt drain. They put in a new window but didnt replace the dishwasher, no matter how many requests we would put. But the worst came when our AC unit started leaking in our hallway. We put in maintenance request after maintenance request, but they didnt respond to them. Instead we got a lot of attitude from the office management. Our leak got so bad that our hallway turned into a rainforest. Mold began forming all over the drywall and doors and eventually the ceiling began to rip. They finally responded to it when we called the health department on them, but even then they didnt truly fix it. We also had friends living in the same complex who had bigger issues. My advice, dont move to the Palm. Youre better off spending your hard-earned money somewhere else, somewhere decent.
