I love it. The grounds are nicely kept, it's quiet, it has a diverse population, everything from your generic straights to the more extravagant lifestyles like mine. Best place I've lived in Corpus Christi. And the prices are very competitive.

I went there to visit friends, and it was horrible! The parking lot is horrible, nowhere to park or how to park, and trash all over the place. I can't even talk about the inside of the apartments it's so upsetting, but they have to finish out their lease. I Definitely don't recommend moving in here AND I DON'T SAY THAT LIGHTLY. unless they tear them down and rebuild the complex and fix the parking lot then consider it

Very poor property management and slow maintenance response, it's been weeks since I was told I'd have my sink disposal replaced and nothing has happened. They sent my payment back to me on their end and are charging me fees for their error. I will not he renewing my lease here
