H&R Block

A lady that works there called Suchita Sakalkale is likely a covert sociopath. Am not surprised to see another review as well having the same experience with her. She was super kind at first and I felt so thankful she would help me out. Im not good with organizational stuff and not used to the US system yet. I'm also insanely busy with business and have to be across the country. I was so happy she said I could do the 2 years of taxes online. I tried setting up the call online but the platform didn't work, so wrote in comments to just please call me on my number. Apparently she didn't read it, because she called me 15min after the time and I could tell she was vivid (but trying to hide it). She said that the forms were good and that she would finish filling it in 1-3 days (I noticed she said it with a sneaky undertone). After that she delayed and delayed and was unresponsive. Not answering emails etc. Then right before the deadline (month later) she asked me for a meeting to just do the final signing. Then during the meeting, it turned out she didn't work on anything and acted toxic saying stuff like "what is this form? I can't do anything with this?" hehe. She then said I had to upload forms again (she could have said that the previous month when she said it was good). Or she could have said it in the days after. Or before the meeting etc. She even tried to have me come to the office in person. Luckily I was still gone. Also the deadline is on the 15, so in 5 days. Im sure she will continue this and then "accidentally" file too late and blame it on the right form being uploaded last min. It seems to me she shouldn't be handling sensitive information if she has these disorders and can't be professional.
