While Heidi Arwine Interiors (HAI) predominantly works in the D/FW Metroplex, we hired HAI (Heidi in particular) to transform an Old Town Alexandria, VA townhouse. Originally built in 1983, HAI has transformed the entire four-story house over the years, which includes 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, main level and finished basement. The most recent renovation was primarily focused on the main level/kitchen area as well as the basement. HAI has made each level a modern luxury! The kitchen walls were removed to open the entire first level into one entertainment space, but with the comforts of intimacy. For such a small space, HAI created the modern kitchen counter-bar area to support breakfast for two and/or kitchen workspace. In the previously finished basement (also done by HAI), we updated the space to a man's "baseball centric" dream cave. It's complete with historic and modern touches as well as a new dry-bar. The basement bathroom was also modernized to reflect the new baseball theme. From a historical perspective, in the past five years, HAI fully renovated the master bathroom as well as the top floor guest bathroom. All final interior design touches were conceived and coordinated by HAI; but most importantly, HAI took every client comment and consideration into her plans. Needless to say, Heidi is well-versed in how to manage marital differences of opinion to find the best solution for all involved. Whether your project is large or small, we highly recommend HAI for your next project. No detail is too small and you'll be more than pleased with the quality and results. HAI designed and remodeled our entire 4000 square-foot home. And even though it took place right in the middle of the Covid pandemic with materials and labor in short supply, our project remained on time and came in within budget. The design experience and the craftsmanship were excellent the entire process. There were even a few things done that met our standard of quality but did not meet HAIs and they had their contractors come back out and redo even when we said it was fine the way it was. You wont find a better more dependable and talented designer/general contractor anywhere. HAI also did a commercial space for us as well and that project was the exact same way. People comment on our home but also our office every time they come in. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Services: Refurbishment, Interior painting
