      image Terrible customer service. I had an appointment with the business banker and did not get to see anyone. The banker was not in the office. What a waste of time. They were not apologetic and could use some customer service training. Seems it was somehow my fault. Certainly makes me rethink doing business BofA. Avoid this location unless you like bad attitude and unresolved problems!
