Cheryl Feratovic has to be one of the most helpful and engaging bankers I've ever worked with. I've set up and consulted a few business over the years who have banked everywhere you can imagine. Cheryl was my first experience at Comerica and I do not regret it. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and outgoing. Thanks for everything Cheryl!

I applied for a 0% interest balance transfer card at this location. I was informed that it was a promotional card through Comerica and it would simply be a soft credit check. I got approved for a laughable amount that is honestly insulting considering I have good credit. This new approval also came with a very ugly hard pull on my credit history after I was told it would not do so. I feel lied too and manipulated just so someone can get a commission for getting me to sign up for a credit card. All of this in addition to Comericas terribly incompetent web and mobile banking, horrible savings account benefits, inconvenient business hours and more. I will be terminating my accounts with Comerica and I advise staying away from doing business with them.
