    Be careful some of their drivers like to leave boxes on the ground at your mailbox to so thieves can steal them true story. UPS is the worst.. if you have a choice use FedEx or Amazon

    Your driver suck , they said they couldn't find my address when my address is a house that sits on the corner of road 3550 and road 5709 I have no notices on my door when my packages were supposed to be delivered tomorrow and it says that you all are holding my packages. Because your driver couldn't find the address. When I tried to flag down several ups drivers yesterday and nobody would stop for me. I've called and made complaints to your customer care And no one seems to be resolving the issue I want my packag

    I took my package in to the UPS store and got the dimensions and weight. In fact, I have a bought the box from the store. I went onto my app and logged in and put in the exact dimensions and weight I was given.. I was charged certain amount, and I paid it. I received that amount from my customer.I was shipping to. Two months later UPS charges my credit card $103.64. They said that the package was not accurately put in, which it was.as per the UPS store. I filled a complaint and they said a refund was coming within 10 days. No refund so I called back. They gave me a bogus story saying the 103.64 transactions didnt process. I sent them the processed transaction screenshot from my bank. I have sent 5 emails to them with no response. I am going to Conroe to file a small claims against them in court. Lets see if that will get their attention. I am listing the CEO as the plaintiff. Beware on using them.
