UPS Access Point location

I use this location for my business packages and for returns to Amazon. Tania is an asset to this location and this company, she takes the time to explain things, like...my 1st time returning an item to Amazon using paper-free box-free label-less return, I walked in, handed my $250 item to an associate and they scanned the little square from Amazon on my cell phone, she printed my receipt and that was it. How easy is that! Well 10 days later the tracking # showed that my item had never left their store. I called them and a lady said "it takes a few days" then hung up! I waited 4 more days...still nothing. I called again and thankfully got Tania on the phone, at the time I didn't know her name. She explained the whole process to me...wow, I wish the original associate had told me this. I thanked Tania and asked her name because I was going to write a review. I wish all employees cared about their customers as much as she does! THANK YOU TANIA, You deserve to be recognized and in my opinion...given a raise or promotion! I don't know if I'm spelling her name correctly, it sounded like she said Taw-knee-ya, on the phone. UPS store South loop 336, Conroe Texas (next to Pizza Hut).

Never found it, google maps shows it in a residential area. Tried to call to make sure but no one answered. So I don't think it's a good access point. No access to it.
