        Scam stay awayThey give your package to USPS without telling you when You pay for your package to arrive in 2-3 dayThe package arrives after 6-12 days after you paid them a lot of moneystay away from these crooks with dishonesty..use FedEx only.or just go straight to USPS onlyIf your paying them more money for the same service only to send the package to usps which sees is as as a cheaper service in which your package takes longer than you paid which ensures it never arrives on time stay awaybetter save your money and go straight to usps and pay for the same services and pay straight from there in which it ensures you a better service and your package will actually arrive on time without using these 3rd party crooked tactics while charging you more stay away.

        Fraudulent practicesPaid an emergency package that has an important document thats suppose to arrive in 2 days at this store only for them to choose the usps option without informing you/giving it to the USPS which downgrades to a lower tier mail that goes in a bulk and 8 days later still hasnt gotten therehad to pay extra money to usps to intercept the important document back for the individual thats receiving was already gone out of the country by day 7. as I explained to this UPS store #6888 to them before I paid. Now when I called usps they informed me there services is much cheaper and my package would have gotten there in 2 days which means this stores operates in an Fraudulent manner. I contacted UPS associates and they informed me to go back to this store for a refund yet as you see in the video the manager claims no refund while not providing the actual paid services they choose for me as they knew I need it by an exact date.The Manager as seen in the video Rebecca Fortesclaims no refundSave your Time and money and go directly to FedEx or USPS instead dont let your time be wasted.
