Wendy is the best! She had a super fun style and k we just how to help me! I wish Id got the team me The team members name that helped me checkout! She was truly awesome! Big piece of advice, buy direct from their website or stores! I saved a ton of money by earning rewards! In whole, theyre at tons of Ultas around. This is my favorite store and my favorite people. Thanks again to Wendy for a bright cheery spirit while working on Christmas Eve!

Went to this location on the 22nd of December had to get the young man attention in order to get assistance because he was to busy in his phone to acknowledge any customers he was very short with me and proceeded to go back in his phone but when a Hispanic girl and lady came he was very talkative and very helpful so I waited for him to finish helping them I stood in front of the case he proceeded to get back on his phone and text until I asked for help.I only stayed due to my daughter wanted Billie Elish for Christmas so I took the attitude and all for the smile on my kid face but never have I ever experienced someone to be so rude and treated differently due to the color of my skin.Cant say it's the location because I shop there often but I will be informing the manager of the store as well as corporate

Highly disorganized and slow customer service. Came in last Friday on 12/15 to purchase an order for an item I wanted for Christmas, but was told by the manager that they did not have it in the store. I then made a purchase in the store to have it shipped to my house in time for Christmas. Before I left I had asked the cashier for a receipt or form of confirmation, and was told it would be emailed to me. Waited for 2 days and never received an email, so I went in person again and they told me that it was ordered but that I would need to call customer service. I had got on the phone with customer service, and they had let me know that the order never even went through and that I will receive a refund in the next 3-5 business days. Im highly upset and wish they had let me know this when I came in-person again, since I wanted to receive this gift in time for Christmas. I had made sure to go a whole week in advance to get it in time and now I have to figure out another option last minute. I understand things happen and service can get a little hectic during the holidays, but this is the second time Ive had problems with their service. I hope they take this into account when it comes to their customers in the future and improve.
