I wish I didn't have to go go this cvs. I can never get through on the phone for the pharmacy. It's ridiculous.

Worst experience ever with the lady Monique and her unprofessional NP at the health Hub today. Not friendly at all. I would advice someone in management look into her.

I went to this pharmacy on 2/3/24 trying to get a prescription of pain meds for my 85 year old mother. The prescribing doctor failed to complete the order correctly so the pharmacist was waiting for a response. On my 3rd time back to CVS the message had still not been responded to. The CVS pharmacist and pharmacy tech took the time to stop and contact the prescriber and obtain the needed information. Thank you!!!!

I go online to make sure they have my prescription. It tells me I have to call them to fill my prescription. So I call and they leave me on hold for 20 minutes after picking it up and putting back on hold. Then they hung up. Called back and currently at 15 minutes with them picking it up and putting it back on hold. Seriously if you don't like your job then find something else or change your profession. Update: I am moving from 1 star to 3 stars because even though it took 31 minutes to answer he kept me on the phone until it was figured out and resolved.
