Whoever yall have working the front desk needs to let her go immediately. Had a U-Haul prescheduled for pick up and the lady had the worst attitude. Even asked her why she had such an attitude and she said I dont know. Kept saying that I have to pay for 2 days even though my reservation only said 24 hours. Also paid opted in for the insurance when I pre booked and she said that I did not get the insurance and that I would have to pay an additional $50 for it when online its only $15. So we left and just somewhere else.

Worst. Place. Ever! I beg you do not rent here. They are rude, unprofessional, and just downright disrespectful and they dont make you think so at first. I am so relieved to leave this place. I was told that I did not have to pay rent, so Im hoping they dont come for me after this post but I had to warn. I will be calling corporate. I am beyond humiliated and angry but more so happy that I was able to manage getting out of their in one piece with what I could. She lives on property and she literally had little to zero compassion or the listening skills to manage the property. Please dont go. Dont do it to yourself. This is how I left the property. I hope this helps somebody, so they dont experience what I had to go through. It was the longest 30 days. I hope you treat others better than you did me. Because I didnt deserve any of that. Good riddance! God bless you!
