        Odes did a fabulous job servicing our house. Recently our pest control company was was folded into secure guard. This is the best service we've had since that transition. Services: Home inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination

        Would not recommend, we have had a rat issue in the past and paid for the rat package so we could keep this issue taken care of. We were told today they would not honor our 5 year contract because it was issued before they bought the previous company. Sureguard has already been out 2 times since they acquired the old company to take care of said rat issue. No notice, no communication, just said, "sorry, we cant come anymore and if we do, we will have to charge you." Very disappointed. Service: Rodent extermination

      Monica, it’s unfortunate that your previous company is out of business. Sureguard acquired a client list not the company. We received no money for work they did on your home. The 5 year warranty is not an industry standard. Companies can not stay in business with no income. Unfortunately that is one of the reasons the closed. We do want to help you with your rodent issue.
