I recommend looking elsewhere before using Alamo. Weve been using them for the past couple years and have been happy with the service up until their most recent visit. The prices had nearly doubled, which we initially did not have an issue with due to having success with them in the past. We had a treatment done on 6/7 and after giving it a couple weeks, we did not see any improvement. I called on 7/29 to let them know we were still having issues and was told we were out of our warranty period. Their website states 100% satisfaction guarantee within a reasonable timeframe. We were told if we would have called 2 weeks earlier, they would consider this reasonable and that our only option now is to pay for another treatment.
Several other companies in the area offer a 60 day warranty period right off the bat, without using language that can be interpreted to their advantage later.

Affordable service, quality pest control, and helpful staff! We have the monthly service that allows us to call them out at any time if we see an increase in activity. This is more affordable over the course of the year than requesting service at least three times. Highly recommended!
