        It was 5 stars as Sloane Street under Billingsly. New ownership is horrible. One month update: New management still has a lot of work to do, but the property manager does really care about the people that live here. She doing her best to turn things around and has a vision. And she wants feedbackgood, bad, or ugly.

        When I first moved to Sloane management was amazing. Customer service was excellent. Recently they were bought by Avalon and new management is horrible. You call them for assistance, goes straight to voicemail. They have a courtesy officer line, also goes straight to voicemail and your issue isnt even addressed until 1-2 days later. I call about a noise complaint and nothing gets done. Recycling doesnt get picked up. All the amenities are constantly inaccessible. I feel like Ive wasted money moving here. These people do not know how to run an apartment complex. The price of rent is no longer worth living here. Overpriced and low quality.

        DO NOT MOVE HERE, I have 8 months leaving here and after they change administration everything sucks, I have to wait 2-3 weeks for every request of maintenance my fire alarm when on midnight and I still waiting that the come to fix it, the people that work on the leasing are rude, if you dont want a have bad experience living here DO NOT MOVE HERE

        Ever since they changed ownership recently, this place went down the drain. It is officially overpriced. You call them for ANYTHING, straight to voicemail. You do in person to speak with them, you're waiting for half an hour. There's was a staff in her office sitting and chatting with another employee I tried to get her to help she's totally interested. Areas that were formerly for residents now say employees only. Utterly ridiculous
