Ive been around here several months now. The maintenance guys are cool and responsive, and the office staff is always helpful! They recently upgraded the 24 hour complimentary coffee bar, too witch is near the pool clubhouse pool table.

It is a pleasant place to live and the leasing agent Jennifer is very helpful and always has treats for my dog.

Great place to live. Great location. Jake is awesome and makes sure my apartment needs are met the best he can. Also a very nice pool set up and easy access parking.

My daughter and I were in Dallas, TX looking for an apartment last month because were relocating there. I called Lux on Main and asked if we can come view an apartment even if we dont have an appointment. I was told yes. I think the lady name is Jennifer. I might be wrong but it was a young Caucasian lady. We got there. Viewed the apartment and went back to the office to discuss options. My daughter was going to be the primary lease holder because I resigned from my job of 27 years. I do however have savings. I guess when I mentioned that, the young lady thought we couldnt afford the apartment. My daughter works. She has been on her job for 4 years. We were told that a quote will be sent to us that same night. It has been a month and we still have not received the quote. I guess she saw two African American ladies walked into the apartment complex and after expressing I resigned, she automatically thought we couldnt afford to pay the rent there. If I cant afford something, I wont apply for it. I was raised well. Its a shame that she couldnt tell us to our face we werent welcome there. Instead, she took the cowardly way out. So disappointing and unprofessional.
