        Ive always had positive experiences work vexus. They couldnt replace the spotty internet service we had the trailer park a few years ago. I was disappointed. They have always been energetic, happy, helping me understand the internet. Installation was quick and easy. I recommend vexus vs. optimum. Vexus is also in Burkburnett. You can go into the office vs. phone calls to Dallas. Thats our problem is we are a small town. Ive heard there are less outages

        not worth it, terrible speed and you get charged for barely enough speed to run safari for months and months.

        They cannot keep their internet services running for more than a few days. When you call and ask, they keep saying they are working on it but NEVER have an estimated time for fixing it. Don't worry, though. They will continue taking your money and credit your account once it's fixed. Spoiler alert: the fix never happens, and they keep taking your money and providing none of the service. I pay for the 1Gig service I honestly have averaged about 10Mbps download for the past month. Avoid at all costs. It isn't worth your time or money.

        Fiber Internet service keeps going out and when working the speed is not what is promised for $80 a month Should charge $.50 per minute service is down, then I would be owed money every month.
