Called them to ask if they service husqvarna, was told yes. Got to this location and the lady behind the desk said no they don't. I showed her the number I dialed, apparently I called the San Antonio location, she then calls the San Antonio location and who ever answers there said they don't remember talking to me, even though I show her the 3 minute logged phone call on my phone. Anyways, they weren't pleasant about it at all....

I have used these folks several times for about 10=12 years. They are always courteous knowledgeable and professional. As for the few who complain about their prices, everything is labeled so if you don't like their prices which you can shop on the internet, duh, go somewhere else. As for the diagnostic fee if you bring something in that has a problem, it's pretty standard in the industry. After all they are not in business to just give out free diagnostic information. I just replaced my 15 year old leaf blower which had gone kaput. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, just the one that meets my needs. Highly recommended.
