Called to discuss a problem with my tiller. Was told not to even try to fix it since it was so old. No offer to discuss or assist. Abrupt insincere young fellow on the line was distracted by his buddies laughing in the background. Drove across town and gave our business to people who cared enough to make us feel important.

***SEE RESOLUTION BELOW THIS REVIEW*** After reading some reviews on United Ag & Turf from the Bulverde, TX location. I might have a similar problem. My son was about to start mowing the yard with my D130 John Deere mower, it would not move forward or backwards(motor was running fine) So we began troubleshooting, we removed the deck to see if we could find out what the issue was. The only thing we found was the drive belt had some cracks in it , but the mower would not go forward or backward. I called United Ag to service the mower and arrange for pick up and drop off return of the mower, they quoted me a price of $60.00 which was fair. Later on Brandon called me and said the transmission was ok, but told me I had other issues. After diagnosing they said I needed a carb kit, fuel pump, two spindles they quoted me a price of $972.00( parts, plus 3.5hrs of labor at $110.00 per-hr). I then asked if this included the price of the drive belt, his response was the drive belt was ok, as stated above the drive belt was NOT OK as it had cracks in it. I just told Brandon to return the mower. Prior to return of the mower I was told there would be a diagnosis charge of 1/2hr of labor($60.00+ $55.00=$115.00) they ended up charging me $189.00 so I questioned the charge Brandon told me that they fixed other things, the only other thing they did was put air in the right front tire and charged me $64.00 for it...seems a little high to put air in a tire, upon return of the mower I noticed that the front bumper was bent, the hood was damaged and the engine would not run, it was running just fine before they picked it up and I verified that with the driver before he took it to the their shop. I'm sure United Ag & Turf is a good company but the Bulverde location needs some attention in their customer service department. *UPDATE* As of 10/14/2022 In response to my earlier review I posted regarding my experience at the United Ag and turf Bulverde location. I just wanted to follow up with a resolution to my review. I wanted to bring attention to District manager, Larry Rodriguez from United Ag and Turf for reaching out to me and offering to take care of all the repairs on my D130 lawn mower. United Ag and Turf sent a gentleman by the name of Miguel to pick my mower. They did this all at no cost to me. I must admit my D130 runs much better and looks just as clean as when I first purchased it. I must give United Ag and Turf a Five star review, this shows they have integrity and really do take care of their customers. Miguel also gave me a really nice United Ag ball cap which I will wear proudly. United does care about their customers.
