Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Brownsville North

My family recently stayed here on a weeklong trip visiting family. Loved the area and the pool! My daughter had a blast. Everyone was helpful and was genuinely impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Looking forward to spending more time there when back in Brownsville

terrible service, I stayed at this hotel for a week 3 weeks ago everything was very good, and then I stayed at this hotel again for a week and this time it was a terrible service I brought my JBL flip 6 speaker and I left it at the hotel, after One day my speaker was stolen from the room, I made my report to the general manager but he called me a liar by saying that I do not have enough evidence if I really brought my speaker with me. bad service, managers are not competent in solving these kinds of problems. I don't plan on staying at this hotel again.

Convenient location, AC didnt work great, everything else was just meh. Marriott can do better
