Rooms: Tv, microwave, mini fridge, iron, and ironing board, hand held blow dryer.
1 King bed , or two queens beds available
Safety: Someone's always available if one needs something, or something is going on.

We arrived midnight and the front desk lady was rude, I came to the room assigned,and it was open, with the TV on and we had no towels. Next, morning staff was a little bit more comprehensive (except for the front desk attendant). So please, if this is your only option, make sure to check the entire room, the bathroom, and towels before anything. Also, the minimum I expect from a nightshift front desk personnel working in a border town hotel is that he/she speaks both English and Spanish due to obvious tourism flow from both countries (Mexico and US) or at least being kind if they don't speak Spanish.

Everything about this hotel was a nightmare The people here were OK but when we entered our room there were some GIANT stains on the bed and when we went to fix it The person's treated us indifferently and did not help us at all and when we tried to settle and get a refund Voltaren The eyes. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK VERY DIRTY!

March 26, 2024 Horrible experience, abusive Manager Erika.
We stay for 4 nights since day one we didnt have hot water and asked the front desk they said its maybe the boilers. Last night we ask if there is a room where the hot water works so they gave us a room. In the morning I was in the first room because I forgot my phone and didnt find it. The manager Erika Insult me and charge us 2 rooms! We didnt want to change but was for the hot water. She was shouting and unrespectful and racist call me Nopalera (like a despective) because I am Latina. She was very rude and charge double for something that is their fault. No recommend this hotel is like a Concentration camp with this ugly manager Erika. Zero customer service. Find a place that are happy to have you as a customer and are willing to help.
