Paper thin walls. Brown tap water. Cold showers. No response from the management. Dont stay here! I will start with the most serious complaint first. There was only cold water, lukewarm at best, in my room. This issue was combined with very low water pressure. So I had to take a cold shower, which took unnecessarily long. Not a pleasant experience. Also I noticed that the water that came out of the tap was brown. I only noticed this after I had prepared coffee in my room, and now I feel disgusted for having drank 2 cups of coffee with brown water. The receptionist said this was because the town water was turned off at some point and this is what happens. As true as that may be, thats not what a Hilton Diamond customer expects. In addition, I could hear almost everything that was going on in the room next to me that was joined through a door. The walls are paper thin. I complained about the noise to the receptionist the night I checked in, and the gentleman did help bye telling the person in the room next to me to turn down their TV. I wrote an email with a formal complaint to the manager Ruth Medina but never received any response.

After a long drive I expected to get to the hotel and take a hot shower ,there was no hot water at all !! Even after calling the front desk they didnt bother to check or switch our rooms .horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even motel 6 has hot water !
