Beware of this place! Especially of Jade. She gave me a very half a** massage, disappeared for a LONG time in the middle of my mani/pedi (I think she went to give another customer an eyebrow wax or something) and then tried to rip me off by writing up the ticket for a gel mani/pedi when I didnt get gel. I happened to notice the price and when I questioned the price, the manager basically accused ME of lying instead of Jade! I would be willing to bet this wasnt an accident and that it happens regularly here!! She tried to sell me on Shellac upgrades no less than four times, all of which I declined. I wont be back!!

Went yesterday to get my nails done on 12/7/23. Walked in around noon and asked if they had a tech who does nail art with. A lady named Leah said yes, told her I would return at 1 after dropping my daughter off at work. Returned back, and Leah attended to me. Once again, I asked if she did nail are, and she said yes and proceeded to do my nails. She did a lot of rhinestones with no design. When i mentioned to her that the rhinstone had to be redone because they were slipping off, she said no, it was ok. After paying $110 , I went outside to see what was done and saw the horror she had created. I went back in and told her that they looked horrible and needed them redone. She said she couldn't at that time to come back at 5. Mind you, I don't even live in Brenham. She said, "Come back tomorrow. I explained to her I was leaving the following morning out of state for my husband's Christmas party. I was so upset and in tears. I called my husband and asked him to please call them and get the managers or owners number. He said at first the tech refused to give him the number after not budging she finally did. They did call him and offered to refund a small fee. I refused.The tech had earlier offered $20. I want a full refund. Attached are the photos you will see the mess.

Only went for the convenience of being open Sunday. Walked right in, no wait. Liked that. Told them I wanted a manicure with shellac. And the gentleman clarified with me if I wanted acrylics or just shellac on my nails. I appreciated that he asked as I do not like acrylic and only wanted my nails with shellac polish. Young man did the manicure, no buffing so when he applied the polish, I had bumps in the shellac. (I previously had nail polish stickers on and when peeling those off, some of my nails peels off too.) Never showed any prices, charged $35 for basically painting my nails, which started peeling the same night. All employees seemed friendly, but I probably wont be going there again.
