        Technician did not have a clue. I said file them square round and she said ok. Turned out she did not know what this was. She took the nail clipper and she clipped my nails as short as it gets. Now they are only round to the point that two days later my fingers hurt. I was so disappointed, will never set foot thereAll I got was a sorry maam Not sure if they are even licensed

        I had a shellac manicure on Friday. By Saturday it was peeling. I took a picture of a very basic idea that I wanted to have done. My nail tech said she could do it. It was to be done in a matte finish. It turned out very messy. She put a shiney topcoat. I let her know that it was to be a matte topcoat. She then placed coat of a matte topcoat over the shiney topcoat. It is now Monday and it looks HORRIBLE. EVERY NAIL IS PEELING! IF YOU CAN'T FOLLOW A PICTURE SAY SO! IF ALL YOU CAN DO IS A BASIC ONE COLOR MANICURE SAY SO. Without tip this nightmare manicure was $100. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
