        Left messages and text for 5 weeks about repairing work Tony did for me in the past. No return calls and never answer phone or text messages.

        Update - after sporadic communication with Tony (found out he was out of touch due to personal/family situation) I walked out of my front door to find Tony and and crew assessing needed repairs. He told me he had everything under control and that he would take care of everything. Within the week, as I was coming home from work noticed all repairs were done - looks great. Thanks Tony

      Mr Singh attempted to contact me regarding some cracking in a rock wall that we built awhile back. My bookkeeper informed the customer that I was out of state. When I returned, I contacted the customer and resolved the issue promptly at no charge. I take full responsibility for the delay in communication and will develop a better system for this issue in the future.
