Panache Landscape and Design

We hired Panache for landscaping maintenance at our home in Cordillera Ranch. Unfortunately, I had to fire them because I was being charged even though their crews were not showing up or not working for as long as I was billed (for example - they would charge me for 3 man hours when 2 people were at my property for less than 15 minutes). When I first brought this matter to their attention, they didnt believe me and insisted that I was mistaken. I was told that owners say they are shorted all the time but their records are accurate. So, I supplied my camera footage and, after they reviewed it, they agreed I was over billed. They only refunded me for three months, even though this fraud went on for much longer. If you hire them, plan to monitor them closely to make sure you are being charged fairly. I recommend some good quality cameras.

New to the area and wanted a quote for an irrigation system and possibly some landscaping. Had a consultation with Bart and Chad who were very professional. We discussed a proper layout of our yard for the irrigation. We decided to have Panache do the irrigation work. Chad is in the process of doing some design work on our backyard. Great Team to work with! We are looking forward to see what ideas Chad comes up with. Will be posting pictures after completion.

Top quality job from beginning design to end of project. Responsive to customer changes as project progresses. Great hardscape work and plant selections. They have years of experience in all aspects of landscape design planning and implementation from beginning with a new design to a redesign of existing landscape. I would highly recommend Panache Landscape and Design for any landscape project.

I contracted this company to install sprinklers and I've now been fined after I found out they didn't even get permits for their work.

We had calls out to two local businesses for our walkway and retaining wall project. Panache responded quickly and set up an appointment to walk through our project request. During the visit, Chad asked if we were doing the retaining wall simply for aesthetics, or for functionality. We informed him it was functional, as we're were very worried about erosion where our property is naturally tiered. He said he would be more than happy to build us a retaining wall but after his inspection, he said our property is draining correctly and a retaining wall is not a necessity, but he will happily build it if we want it. We were so appreciative of his honesty and guidance on not spending money unnecessarily! Then, we walked through 4 separate walkways we wanted to build, two from our shop to the garage, and from shop to breezeway to the house. The other two walkways are from the breezeway to our backyard deck, then from our deck to our viewing area overlooking the river. My bride loves the finished product, I love the finished product, the walkways are absolutely beautiful. They have a great crew and Marcus, their supervisor, was here for every milestone and made sure we were happy with the work. He redirected a portion of the work as it didn't meet his highest standards and quality. Panache is at the top of our list for any future landscaping project!
