This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you order ahead with a mobile order they will still park you at the front door, make you wait an extra 10 minutes, and your food will still be cold. This has happened more than once for me at this location.

Stopping in and hearing the manager yell at the employees is incredibly unprofessional. I'd skip this location.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worse customer service I've experienced in benbrook period. If the people in the store don't like their jobs go find somewhere else to work. Guy at the window has the worse attitude I'm come across. Made a substitution on my app order for my medium frosty and gave me a cookie. I asked for the money to be refunded and was offered a second cookie. I didn't want a cookie and a cookie doesn't equal almost 4 dollars I spent on the frosty. The door was also locked so I had to go through the drive through to get my order. No refund offered, was finally told I have to go through the app to get a refund. What a joke. Terrible employees and seevice
