        Still hate it here nothing changed water is shut off most of the time for repairs and then they charge the tenant more on the water bill scammers I'd say pay for your own repairs to. Garbage charge that I don't need 35$ and I'm 10 steps away they never answerer the phone I'm so frustrated. Moving ASAP found two bedrooms for the same price down the street Green Wood Creek Count your days scammers pay 35$ for what? Parcel is a charge even if don't receive any every month.

        Great, friendly staff. Great floors plans. 2 bedroom apts are up & downstairs. Nice creek with bridge runs thru the center of the complex. Benbrook on 1 side and the other half is Fort Worth. The apts facing the creek have mosquito screens for the patio.

        I have lived here for 6 months. I'm super impressed with how clean they keep the grounds. I see maintenance out many times a week picking up any trash that may have been left outside. They quickly dispose of any furniture left by the dumpsters. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed living here.
