Please don't move here I still live here and can't get out fast enough. The owner does not take care of residents much less his staff they come and go.Most of them quickly. There are water line breaks on property at least twice a month and water gets shut off all the time .And when that happens our water bill goes up at least 20 to 30 dollars. He does not replace old appliances with only replaces them with old.New air conditioner.Forget it if it goes out its a temporayfix with other parts from other units that are empty.Grounds are over grown and unkept.Only pays them to mow the lawn we have to trim our own bushes to keep them looking half way decent. And even rake the leaves because it hasn't been done in over a year!.That pretty picture of the pool..It hasn't worked but a month in the 2 years I have lived here .Roofs with holes that haven't been replaced chimneys leaning, exposed wires,Holes all over the property..And he no longer replaces carpets or cleans them before renting to another occupent. The owner is a slum lord.Honestly don't understand why this place does not get shut down..Just do yourself a favor look very carefully before you even think of renting a place from River Glen or Country Bend he owns both..

I've lived here since Jan 2. My water is on/off constantly. The water bill NY first few months was $56 for the small 1/1 with no washer connection. The leasing agent said everyone has a lower water bill now that the leaks are fixed everywhere! I've been paying for a place where the foundation is so bad my stove leans. The entire kitchen floor is a big slant. They were recently bought out by another company and are saying the pool will be open soon. Its mid July! These are terrible! But they allow "certain" felonies and broken leases as long as they are older than 18 months. At least they did when I signed. And I wasn't offered a short lease but my neighbors who moved in after me only have a 6 month lease where mine is a year. And prices change unit to unit! I'm paying $35 a month more for the exact same floorplan and floor as a neighbor. Dec 31 is when my lease is up and unless this new company fixed all the problems, I'm moving!

By far the worst aparments in dfw they turn the water off once a week without notice then I call the office and speak to stormy she say we have a leak it should be back on by 7 and did I mention the AC units freeze so no air and water leaking from my roof when the people upstairs take a shower I complain and complain they never fixed nothing

Don't even think about renting here! The owner of this property is no where to be found. The kitchen sinks backed up the first month I lived here and they are trying to charge me $298.90 plus $100.00 late fee for extracting water from the carpet. I used my towels and cleaning materials to clean up the mess. They are claiming I put grease down the sink and clogged it up. No where near true! I had not even cooked for the first two months I lived there because it took me that long to unpack. In 3 months they went through 3 different property managers. The apartments are very old and have not been maintained. The A/C units don't work most of the time and in the Texas heat you cannot live without A/C. I have experienced two (2) fires. One from the thermostat catching on fire in the middle of the night and one fire from bad electrical wires behind the stove. Good thing I had a fire extinguisher or the entire building would have burned down. The carpet is very old and the yellow paint on the walls is horrible. You don't notice this issues until you move in and then it's too late. Beware!!!!!!!
