We had called originally to have a quote to repair a leak spot in a room that appeared to be from water coming up under a shingle. Matt looked over the area of concern and was great. He eventually did a full inspection of the roof. He said it looks like it would be a good for us to file a claim because of other factors. He met the insurance adjuster at the property the day of the inspection. I had been through a claim before with them at a previous property and it was not good, but this time the full replacement was approved. From the date of the inspection to the full job being completed was 19 days. Most of that was just waiting on the checks from the insurance company. The end product makes the home look vastly different. What an improvement. Each time I had a question Matt would respond very quickly or show up to see how things were going. Its rare to work with someone that is so responsive and quality of work lives up to what was promised. Thank you Matt!

Matt Jones of Fireman Roofing has proven himself to not only to be a great contractor, but a great liaison between me and my insurance company. He always took my calls and texts, walked me through the process and never left me feeling like I was alone in the dark. He knows roofing, but on top of that, he knows how to work with the insurance companies to make sure all the bases are covered. The laborers left no mess, everything was cleaned up and my new roof looks fantastic!
