Garbage!. Owner came over for the estimate & played like a really stand-up veteran/firefighter & brought his newest foreman (football player who needs to stick to football). Owner said they would remove the satellite mount & remount it. Contract said they don’t. When I questioned that, he said they are pros at that & that he just hadn’t had time to update the contract. Workers show up- no foreman to be found, nor anyone who speaks English. We try telling them that the mounts need to come off & old valley channel needs replaced; the didn’t understand us. Try contacting foreman & owner- no answer. Finally get foreman after workers are gone & ask to speak to owner. Foreman says: “you wouldn’t be able to call the CEO of Toyota; why do you think you can go straight to the owner?” After refusing to pay remaining balance, & them threatening to put a lien on my house, they finally come fix some of the problems, but refused to fix all. A year later, the roof is leaking. Guess where? Under the satellite mount that they said they would do & wouldn’t. Wife and I are both retired Marines; extremely disappointed that this guy was an Army officer (or so he claims). Don’t let this dolt play the veteran/ firefighter card on you. Service: Roof repair

Cannot recommend. They took our insurance check and we didn't hear from them for over two weeks. At every step of the process we had to contact them repeatedly just to get them moving. As it stands they were to complete 6 jobs for us (one of which being the roof).
All they have completed nearly 3 months later is the roof and I had to have them come out twice afterwards because it was still leaking. After over 50 attempts by us to contact them and get the rest of the work completed, we decided not to work with them any longer.
Now they refuse to refund us any part of our check and are withholding our receipt as well (which the insurance company needs to close out the job).
Shoddy work, never show up or do anything when they say they will. Have even apologized to us that "this isn't normally how we do business" yet nothing improved at any point.
Total joke. Scam artists. The owner clearly doesn't know what his project managers or subcontractors are doing. Couldn't pay me to work with them again.
The only thing they did on time/when promised was the day they picked up the insurance check.

They were supposed to board up windows and the roof after a tornado, they never showed up st the scheduled appointment and never even called until two days later. If you want at least a decent level of customer service go somewhere else. These people are a freaking joke.
