You and your sister, come with both hands & feet services, so we just charged the price base on the price on menu for 2 person with 4 services. And we were explain about the price for your services. If you still have any question or request while in our services, you can let us know. When our customers have very short nails, we will shape it before we polish to avoid hurt your nailbed if we trim to short. On your finger nails, because your have been biting your nails, so it was damaged your nailbed, I can recommend you to do dipping power or acrylic, so we can add a little short tip on your nails, make your nail shape better, instead just polish them. Sometimes, we have kids hang out here and they are watched under parents/guardian, and their parents/guardian can't let or ask someone who stranger to watch their kids, because of danger for them. And you are not under authorize to watch them in this situation. Please understand that kids be friendly with people like how your were with them. Our services for everyone even the kids. We also received phone call from your mom, and she was talking with our employee as unrespect words. We're asking respect communication for all people, even she was not our customers. In the record that you had asking for basic pedicure, in menu and our employee also explain for about what basic pedicure does. And we have different kind of pedicure services depend on your time and your needs. With feet has callus problem, we will ask for add callus remove on the services. It's $5 extra, not $20 like what you said. Or you can upgrade to better pedicure with full service, so we can have more time take care your feet better. If customer has deep ingrown or callus on the area that is not under our license, we recommend you should go to see the doctor. Since your feet has whole callus on all toes, not only one your heel. I strongly recommend you to go see doctor. With all services for pedicure, manicure and regular polish change will be change every time you come back, because that is the whole process. That's not only for trim your nails. And we don't guarantee for regular polish. If you have regular polish, you mess it up or you change your mind for color, and you have to pay for another service for change it.
