Terrible experience. Lady kept picking at my cuticle on my pinky, that barely had any cuticle to remove, and she knocked me with the tool. I bled a lot and it ruined my manicure because now I have a cut/blood around my cuticle. Please be more careful!!!

I dont know how to word this but each step of the deluxe was painful. I came in got a mani, left with a pedi. I wouldve been fine with both but after the pedi, and witnessing a few dissatisfied customers come and go, I decided to leave. I came in showing how bad my finger nails were and I need of help, ready to tip and all. I asked like 2 different people for the menu for manis and never received it. I didnt feel listened to. No white base coat on my pedi, so it doesnt look sharp. All that aside I do believe the place has potential. The host was great, and I think the woman who did my pedi meant well. Its just I personally wont be going back. I did tip but it was based on my satisfaction, not my ability to pay.

TGIF! After five years at another location, I took a chance on this one. First Chloe, now Ollie, and they've never disappointed me! They file my nails just the way I want. I'd recommend making an appointment! Cheers to them, and also to the complimentary wine that just gave me a buzz.
