I stop at the Albertsons a couple times a week on my way home. Lisa is usually my cashier. She's always so friendly and very helpful. She goes above in beyond to help her customers.

I order my mom's groceries for her and pick them up every Saturday. The last couple of weeks, the app has not been working. This is annoying since the store phone number is nowhere to be found. I now have it saved in my phone. Last week, I was even unable to get through on the phone. As I was getting stressed trying to get in touch with someone, Zoe appeared at my car window with my groceries! She recognized my car when bringing someone's else's groceries to their car. She went ahead and brought them out, saving me time and aggravation! Zoe is awesome!

I just went through a very unpleasant and helpless situation on the part of the store staff, both the manager and the cashier, just for saying that they don't like Hispanics, God, how far does razism go towards you if the cashier seems to be Hispanic woman spoke Spanish and the only thing the manager did was run me out of the store when she didn't even let me explain anything, I just listened to what the cashier said, how is it possible that because I'm Hispanic they run someone away, it bothers me, yes, and I also try to defend myself. The cashier also kicked me out of that area and that made me angry when I had given her a smile and she turned to look at me very badly and that was when I told her if I had any problem and she answered me very badly and that's the only thing she said. They don't like Hispanics
