I will definitely be handling business elsewhere, manager Jennifer does not know anything about customer service which is very sad. I was purchasing an item with a coupon that I had added in the app and the sign was also placed where the item is located associates tried to help me but I had to speak to the manager immediately when having a conversation the manager says what do you need to the associate while I am standing in front of her and she said I cant do nothing about it whatever goes on the app goes on the app. I personally myself work in customer service and this is not the proper way the situation had to be handled.

showed up to the store at 8:37 and the door was locked although it says closes at 9. Nobody was answering the phone. Finally saw a worker and she refuses to open the door at 8:45. rude as hell and walked away as I was telling her they say they are open until 9. Completely unprofessional

Love the remodel. The same guy has been stocking for a while.. he is AWESOME THE manager is great. She knows her stuff. Give her a reason to smile.. shes working and some customers are not nice
