    My vehicle had minor but, crucial damage. The repairs were through an insurance claim so I accepted to go with a preferred shop. The repairs were completed superbly, no complaints there. However, there were questionable items. An unknown wire was hanging out of my dash and the repair crew had no idea what it should be attached to. Second, I found pieces that were once attached but were never explained to me where they came from. The person who was in charge of over seeing the repairs, was always out of town, never kept me up to date, and needs to work on his people skills. Eric I believe is the name. He even told me that I should consider buying a new car due to parts on back order. The sad part is I searched for the parts and let him know where to find them. If I had not done so, my car would probably still be on standby. I understand it's now under new management, but before 5/11/2023 it's like no one really cared. As long as they touched the file, in my eyes, they were satisfied with progression of repairs. People relied on them to repair their vehicles within a good time to continue using it as before. I mean that is why you buy a car, right? Too laxed, and didn't seem to care if people needed their vehicles timely repaired. Hopefully new management cleans it up and organizes it by putting the customers needs first.

    Stay away from this shop, If I could give negative stars I would. They do not operate properly. They will lie straight to your face and to your insurance company's face. I chose to have my vehicle moved to another shop and RX collision strung out the process a week hoping I would leave the vehicle there for them to repair. The shop even called me and said the director of the shop(Eric Payne) was no longer there, and spoke of parts on order, asking multiple times "Are you sure you want to move the vehicle?". They tore down my truck and left the engine exposed to the weather with no air filter or air box in place letting contaminants get in. The process of getting the vehicle moved has been unbearable. They have had the vehicle for now over a month and a half. Do not go to this shop. I was literally dropping off a new part to the shop and had inspected my vehicle(no new parts or any work done) while there since it was sitting in the front. The director(Eric Payne) says to me "We are working on it right now". I said" You are working on it now?". He said "Yes, just saw it". I pointed to the vehicle and said it is sitting right there. He watched me from the front door get in my car making sure I didn't go near the vehicle hoping I had not already seen it or inspected it.Too late. I had and I quickly called my insurance since this is a sponsored shop by them. Starting the process to move the vehicle. All I can say is STAY AWAY!! Service: Body & Trim
