Gina went above and beyond to get my fleet vehicle approved for repairs. Their team was thorough, checking over all components completely, adding extras to the work order for further approval, and ensuring that all was repaired right the first time. Gina, the store manager, was straight to the point, making sure I understood why the work was necessary, and was patient with the fleet maintenance customer service, as well as with me, while we navigated through the visit. This store always does solid, dependable work, and are friendly and sincere when engaging the customers!!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!

Well I had issues with the coolant and the service representative was really friendly. Mr.Marvin was attentive to check out the problems on my vehicle. He ended up having the mechanic install a new coolant system but the problem was not fixed, however they were able to give me a refund and put the old part back in my vehicle. The manager Gina is helpful and friendly as well. I would still recommend this firestone over any other firestone I have been to.

I received friendly and fair priced services. I was treated with care and seen as someone who needs help with a situation outside of my control. This location installed a new car battery in August 2023. Fast forward to March 2024 my car starts to struggle on engine starts (I'm needing a jump about once a week). After a reasonable 2 hour visit to this Firestone shop and a performance test of the starter motor, alternator, and suspect car battery; for $45 I drove away with a new same model car battery (DieHard Platinum; msrp about $220), and peace of mind from knowing my starter motor and alternator are healthy. All these checks usually cost about $75 to $100. Overall, you get a fair shake at this Norwood Firestone from Gina and her team. This is my third great visit with them.

I'm not too fond of the mechanical service received; The money spent was unnecessary. I dropped off my car on March Wednesday, 06, due to issues with steering vibration, jerking, and the check-engine light. blinking and beeping. From the first call next day (Thursday), they tried to sell me tires, brain-watching me and saying; that was the reason for the vibration and jerk. I explained all symptoms happened when the car was not moving. They replaced the Harmonic balancer, crankshaft damper, and rear brakes. Pickup the car the 07th, still with the check engine on; Next day, the check engine started to blink and beep again; Took the car back the same Friday and they removed ignition coils, sparks, gasket, fuel and induction decarbonization, pickup the car on saturday and nothing changed, same problem, they connected the scanner code reader and told me it was as an electric problem that they can't fix. So why would they change all of the above and charge $2,653.32 to left the car unfixed
