        A total of 504 was taken out in fees.. I was charged 350 for a basic file. Never have I ever been charged so much. When asked about it I was told days ago that the owner is the only one to adjust fees an someone will get in touch Well here I am almost a week later and nothing. So Ill say that makes for great customer service to have a a client waiting when you know you wasnt going to contact me. So it is what it is but i have never been charged so much so go to H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt where your business is Priority
