        Unprofessional, the appointment was at 4pm and there was no call or no answer at the office when we showed up.we waited out 30min to see if she was running late and no show. Didnt send a message thats she would be late or anything. Highly dont recommend.

      We sincerely apologize that you had a bad experience. There was an emergency that came up with a child that called for our attention at that moment. We have mobile numbers up on web pages, flyers, etc for these matters, so that we can be directly contacted by any customers in a situation as such. The number you called was the office number in which you seen we was not there at that time ma’am, but however, If you would like to get the true taste of 30+ years of tax filing experience we are more then happy to work something out for you.
