Lone Star Tax Service

Not only the WORST tax accessor I have ever hired, but the worst of ANY service I have ever paid for! I paid way too much for the horrible service I received. Took them weeks to work up my taxes (they waited until the last day) and wouldnt let me check the work until I had paid in full. After I paid them they refused to tell me wether they had sent them in on time or not, so I had NO IDEA! If you actually get someone on the phone they dont know how to communicate effectively and cant properly answer your tax questions. After I paid them hundreds of dollars they refused to take 30 seconds to tell me how I can pay what I owed in taxes, so I had to figure it out myself. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
